As an administrator, I need a method to place existing object into appropriate project spaces

1. Create a project space for each user/research space one for each person object below "Researcher Projects" a.k.a si:user-projects and eMammal
2. Move the user object that currently denotes the top of the user's concepts as a direct child of the project space
3. Move the children of the user's concepts as a direct children of the project space

The name for the parent of the research spaces can remain si:user-projects since its hidden from users anyway. But eMammal has to move to be a child.
