Users should be able to select a concept object that they own and "share" them with another user, giving them a particular state of permissions. The idea is that sharing that node will set the specified permission definition for that node and everything under it, recursively.

There should be a box that can be checked to make that node appear as a top level project under the user who is the target. This functionality is aimed at making it possible for a researcher to delegate sections of a project to a collaborator or employee.

If that box is not checked, the permissions are set but the node is not put in anyone's heirarchy. This functionality is aimed at making it possible for the researcher to set permissions all at once on a branch of a project. An important use would be to make a section of a project available to anonymous users so that the exhibit could be used publicly for that part of the project.
