As an administrator, I want the label of the OBJ datastream be the uploaded file name for batch metadata operations.  The current behavior in the batch operation is inconsistent with single ingest operation where the label is set to the filename.  The filenames are available in the batch metadata message and can be parsed out so this should be simple.  No incrementing is needed on the OBJ label.
