Extractor component not handling periods in file name correctly. When a deployment package zip file is extracted it does not extract to a directory with the full name of the zip file. The directory name is only up to the first period in the file name so if multiple deployment zip packages with similar names are extracted at the same time they all end up in the same directory causing lots of errors In CT ingests.

For example if we have the following two deployment zip files extracted at the same time

Peru_D_6.18-6.28_cam071.zip
Peru_D_6.28-7.10_cam071.zip

they are both extracted to a directory named "Peru_D_6" and both CT ingests fail with errors.
