Standardize service accounts across SIdora servers. We need a set of service accounts (local accounts on servers) for sysadmins and key developers. Common UID/GID must be used since we have shared NFS mounts either permanently or automounts on each server.

Use Ansible to implement this capability.

We need a list of other aspects to standardize. It is essential we do not affect any of the service accounts of the systems group.
