As a server admin, I don't want to have to set special permissions for the uploaded XSLs directory in Workbench

With the current code, the production server does not allow writing into sites/all/modules/sidora/workbench/XSL

So instead of that, write the files into the database, but still serve sites/all/modules/sidora/workbench/XSL/<filename>.xsl
      if possible.

If not possible, make the necessary changes for anything that uses the XSLs.

Work with SID-810 to extract all XSLs in Workbench and store a copy a Git repo. Write add a tool or describe and easy manual process to compare the current Git version with the ones in a Workbench installation.
