As an administrator, I want my concerns about the watchdog listing XSL 2.0 transform problems addressed

      The transforms used should only use xml version 1.0 and xsl version 1.0, but some XSLs are listed as version 2.0. Any 2.0 versions will cause an issue to appear in the watchdog log. Address the problem.
