Major Scenario:
User has a resource filter selected (Tabular Data)
User creates a new image resource
Resource listing updates but image is not there, user sees confirmation box that says resource created
User is confused, thinks the system has an error.
As a user, it's confusing if you left a filter on the resource listing and add an item which does not match the filter
