Test SIdora 0.50 for release. This release is complex and involves almost every part of the system. Plus, it can only be tested at full scale using the production repository.

Initial test will use a test repository to minimize the full scale test. Firs test will use si-oris-app07 and oris-srv04 with a test repository.

Then we need to set an extended outage and test at full scale.
