In Exhibition, the default PDF icon is not showing up when the same resource in Workbench does use the PDF icon instead of a TN image.

      In Exhibition, the default PDF icon is not showing up when the same resource in Workbench does use the PDF icon instead of a TN image. Both the Workbench and Exhibition should show the same content for the resource TN (which in this case, it's a PDF icon image)
