Unified SCBI-CT S3 automatic pulldown does not bind USCBI properties from the edu.si.sidora.karaf.cfg external properties file.

1. Update CameraTrapAutoS3SyncRouteBuilder propertyInject annotations to use the USCBI properties
2. Remove Automatic S3 pulldown logic from the Legacy SCBI routes (Legacy SCBI pipeline workflow will be done manually as needed to potentially re-process old deployment packages)
3. Clean up no-longer needed properties from the external properties file and update the documents/unit test to reflect the changes
4. Test Automated S3 pulldown works for the Unified SCBI pipeline
