Right now, the user is not informed that they are waiting for an Islandora Form AJAX call to return and in the mean time may make more calls, further slowing the progress and causing them to be unable to see the changes that they wish to make.

This occurred on the following page, but has not been repeatable consistently, with AJAX calls returning in under 5 seconds:
