Right now if the user uses sliders to increase the size of items, then reduces the browser width, the right most panel can become too thin and then be hidden from view.

The suggested implementation is to reduce the size of the component parts on all divs to their minimum size and once they are all at minimum size to give an additional scrollbar at the bottom
