In order to make sure that researchers have taken into consideration all the privacy facets of their data before publishing it, the SIdora Exhibition will need to have a workflow that steps the user through one or more questions before the public checkbox can be checked.

When the user clicks the public check box, a dialogue should display with the first set of conditions, the user must accept these conditions to move on to the next set of conditions. There will be more than one set of conditions that the user will have to accept, but how many is still being determined by the office of general counsel.

If the user clicks cancel, the public checkbox remains un-checked. Only after each dialogue box in the series is clicked Accepted does the public check box get checked. The options on each dialogue box should be Accept or Cancel.
