As an WCS-CT user, I want a post ingestion validation for checking datastreams exists on the Researcher Observation, Volunteer Observation, and Image Observation objects in Fedora Repository. Similar check has been implemented in SCBI-CT route and needs to be ported into WCS-CT route as well. The Volunteer Observation is optional in WCS route so the validation logic will need to account for that.

1. Ensure that the Researcher Observation object has the DC, OBJ, CSV, RELS-EXT datastreams created.
2. Ensure that the Volunteer Observation object has the DC, OBJ, CSV, RELS-EXT datastreams created. (The Volunteer Observation object is optional in WCS route ingestion process)
3. Ensure that the Image Observation object has the DC, OBJ, CSV, RELS-EXT datastreams created.
