When a resource is uploaded, the workbench raises a notice severity message in the Administration -> Reports page in Drupal. The message reads

Notice: Undefined index: callback in securepages_match_form() (line 369 of /var/www/drupal-7.34/sites/all/modules/securepages/securepages.module).

This has been confirmed in oris-app08 but please check other Workbench instances for the same behavior and apply the fix.
