Self-transforms and transforms for the xml_builder are currently held under the islandora_xml_forms and workbench modules. I want to update / rewrite the modules without having to copy back old files.

This was the problem where Beth's self-transform was failing becuase a file has been forgotten.

Suggested fix: Move the transforms out to the common sidora_specific area and use the islandora_xml_forms hooks to specify where they are.
