When trying to perform a move or copy when the permissions do not allow it, currently a non user friendly message appears and the GUI tree is in a state that is inconsistent with the Fedora repository.

Ideally, we'd like to know that permissions are invalid pre-move / pre-copy, and not allow such an action to take place.

If that can't happen, refresh the GUI tree with what is currently in Fedora.
