Select an automated testing framework for the UI.

1. Check to see if there is already a selection for testing Drupal in SI and Quotient
2. Consider Selenium as a first choice with appropriate use of PHP Unit
3. Install it and prototype some tests
4. Review with team Selenium features pros and cons

Note: It is impractical to automate testing of an entire UI. Testing will be limited to logical parts that are most repetitive and, even then, only the part that lend themselves to automated testing. Data oriented web services should always be included. Selection of what to test with limits on the scope will be specified in separate issues.
