As a user, I want small display changes on the Resource preview and Resource relations tabs.

1 - Rename the "Resource Metadata" subTab to "Resource Overview"
2 - Revise the columns of the Parents table on the Relationship tab
2a - Move the "Label" column to the leftmost position
2b - Rename the "Label" column to "Title"
2c - Remove the "PID" column
2d - Create a new column called "Type" in the rightmost position (still total two columns)
2e. - Put the concept type in the right column
