As a user, it will be easier to use if the Resource menu functions are compact. The Resource Menu Bar should be place horizontally all across the Preview pane. The paging function that was in Workbench 0.3 (first, page forward, page number, page back, last) should placed on the right side within the Resource Menu Bar as well as the filter function.

The paging function currently implemented should kept at the bottom of the screen (previous, 1 ... N, Next).
