There is a smithsonian_plugin.py and a smithsonian_plugin.cfg in
"/opt/islandora/microservices/plugins". They are not in the
smithsonian/islandora_microservices Github repository.

The smithsonian_plugin.py on si-researchersdev has a different checksum
than the one on si-researchers. On si-researchersdev the files are
untracked. On si-researchers the smithsonian_plugin.py is commited
locally but not pushed.

Dan have checked smithsonian_plugin.py on si-researchers and
si-researchersdev. They are the same file except si-researchers has the
Nagios setup. On both machines the smithsonian_plug.cfg are the same.

Need to check why the difference exist.
