When an DataStream is created using a form, that form should be kept intact and displayed to the user when editing the object in the future, so that DataStreams and forms do not get out of sync.

To look ahead, if forms are changed, they should be versioned and the proper version should be retrieved for the DataStream that is being edited. However, versioning is not required to complete this task.
