All the objects for ingest can be created into fedora during the batch loading, but the fedora logs show some error when MICS is working on additional derivative datastreams.

1. We face a new issue which belongs to fedora part as I think. It will have Lock exception during the batch ingest when multi-threads of MICS works on the derivative datastreams. Although it is warning, but it stops the loading when such exception happens about 3-5 times based on the log.
