Documentation will be included in the GitHub repo in the form of supporting README files. The primary README file will include instructions on how to download, compile, and deploy the code; instructions on how to use the Batch Upload swagger.io UI; and instructions on how to maintain the GitHub repo used for configuration. Additionally, the code shall include inline comments sufficient to explain the intended functionality of the BUU and subroutines.
