As a CT user, I want the "short_name" and "project_admin" fields included in the WI upload. The "project_admin" should be the value of "Project Owner" on the Project folder.  And "short_name" should be the "part" in the EAC-CPF metadata for the corresponding Project or Subproject from:

<nameEntry localType="abbreviation"> <part>p269</part> </nameEntry> from the <cpfDescription> element.

And the <othercit> on the FGDC on Deployment
