Splunk sometimes reports "staging" in DeploymentPackage column on "Successful Ingest" report

      Splunk reports "staging" in DeploymentPackage column on "Successful Ingest" report on many but not all rows.  This started on the first report after added the image blurrer.  There are no examples of it in reports previous to this delivery.
