Part 1 - update the Ingest Pipeline to filter out empty sequences

• Update the unified-camera-trap pipeline by adding a parameter called "purgeEmptySequence"
• The logic for setting this new parameter to be true will be included by checking the species value as shown below

The filter for removing empty sequences will be placed in the addImageResource route such that each image sequence will be assessed individually and only added if it meets a certain set of criteria that identify it as a non-empty sequence. Empty sequences will be filtered based on whether or not the ResearcherIdentification node SpeciesScientificName value resolves as one of five values that indicate and empty sequence in the deployment manifest.
