Setup: The user has edit permissions for a project, "Target Project". "Target Project" has outdated information in Wildlife Insights. Opt-In is not checked for "Target Project"

User logs into workbench.
User selects "Edit Metadata" for "Target Project"
User chooses "Opt-In" checkbox
User clicks "Finish"

Test if the Opt-In updates data in Wildlife Insights for the entire Project. This will require the ability to see into the Wildlife Insights information. An admin URL will be provided in workbench to perform this action and be listed here.
Test:
Look at existing projects, confirm that "Target Project" is on the list
Look at the information for the object to be tested.
