Setup: The user has edit permissions for a project, "Target Project". "Target Project does not already have data in Wildlife Insights.

User logs into workbench.
User selects "Edit Metadata" for "Target Project"
User chooses "Opt-In" checkbox
User clicks "Finish"

Test if the initial Opt-In moves data to Wildlife Insights for the entire Project. This will require the ability to see into the Wildlife Insights information. An admin URL will be provided in workbench to perform this action and be listed here.

Look at existing projects, confirm that "Target Project" is not on the list
