Removing links on the Resource Details page has stopped working

      Removing links on the Resource Details page has stopped working.  Removing the link from the folder works.

      1. Select a Resource
      2. Choose Details, the Details popup will be displayed
      3. Choose the Links tab
      4. Select the remove button on a link to be removed
      5. The text "removing" is displayed but never completes
