As an admin, I want to know when the children si:user-projects is out of sync with the Drupal users

Right now the only way to determine if:

      • something is missing or extra in the si:user-projects
      • a user has a missing or non-existent root folder
is manual checks, and incredibly time consuming to do for all items and all users.

It would be a helpful to have a check to be able to understand if any users have been corrupted. Recently the user "cooker" had corrupted user data for their root project, likely due to the problem of trying to log in when si:user-projects was having issues (in Fedora but not findable by search, since was fixed) and then choosing "Set Up Now" for their user. Manually trying to see if this happened to the rest of the user base would be tedious, time consuming, and error-prone.
